Jnr Sous Chef or Sous Chef Wanted- West Oxfordshire £25-£30K
We are looking to recruit either a Jnr Sous Chef, or Sous Chef to join this well established hotel operation based on the outskirts of Witney in West Oxfordshire. The property boasts a lovely brasserie, good leisure facilities and is very popular with banqueting through their corporate clients and wedding business. The site is under new ownership and are looking to really drive the food offering forward.
We are looking for a Sous Chef or Jnr Sous Chef for this Oxfordshire hotel that has good banqueting experience and who can also work and help run a restaurant service. Being a private owned business, you can help develop the food offering across the site and will have massive influence on what comes out the kitchen.
Working around 50 hours per week, you will have lead and develop a team of 6 chefs. You will work 5 days from 7 and the shifts are a combination of splits & straights.
Salary for this position is in the region of £25-£30K depending on experience.
