We are looking to recruit a Jnr Sous Chef to join the brigade at this amazing fresh food pub & venue, just minutes from Oxford. Part of a small Oxfordshire group with other ventures in Oxford, this 50-cover, fresh food pub offers a casual dining experience to local diners and families. It also doubles up as venue and they are very popular with weddings over the warmer months. The summer is when this place becomes really interesting! They have extensive outside dining and are also situated on a popular walking route just minutes from the River Thames. They put on outside events, movie nights, barbecues etc and are very popular.
Working around 45 hours per week, you work within a team of 8 Chefs and will help oversee the junior Chefs too. Being privately owned, the menus lay in the hands of the Head Chef and they encourage their chefs to get involved.
Ideal applicants for this Jnr Sous Chef role in Oxfordshire will come from a fresh cooking background and will be confident around the kitchen. They are not fussy on your background, we just want tio find someone that is passionate and reliable.

Salary being offered for this Jnr Sous Chef role in Oxfordshire is in the region of £26-£27K + grats, giving you an OTE of £28-£29K
