Based in the Cotswolds, you will find this charming 4* Hotel & Spa in the heart of this well-known market town in Gloucestershire. Part of a well-known, quaint group of hotels, this property boasts a Spa, traditional British rooms and a 60 cover, 2AA Rosette restaurant, where they use local, seasonal and British produce.
We are looking to recruit a Jnr Sous Chef to join their existing brigade of 8. This Jnr Sous Chef role in Gloucestershire is a senior position and you will be responsible for helping to look after the team in the Head Chef and Sous Chefs absence.
We are looking for a Jnr Sous Chef for this Gloucestershire property that has a solid background, ideally cooking to a British menu. We are also looking for someone that has at least 1AA Rosette experience and is confident on all sections, apart from pastry.
Working a 45-hour week, you will cook to a very high standard to maintain their 2AA Rosette accolades.

Base salary is £26,000 plus around £2500 in tips.
