JavaScript Developer - Learn React

Do you want to be involved in one of the largest rebuilds on UKs leading ecommerce platform?
If the answer is yes, this is a perfect role for you. This leading ecommerce brand is not going through major technical change, and with a busy roadmap ahead they are looking for a JavaScript Developer to join them.

The main project you will be working on as JavaScript Developer is rebuilding their website as React based Single Page Application. Alongside this you will be working on their existing application in Node.js, adding features as they expand. You will also be working on their mobile application in React.

While you do not need to know React, as JavaScript Developer you should have substantial experience using modern framework. Work ethic is very important for their business, so you will need to be able to approach tasks with proactive, engineering mindset.

The JavaScript Developer will have a great opportunity to gain experience with React, as well as have influence on direction of development. You will be encouraged to continue learning, and will have allocated time to work on your personal projects. You will also get exposure to AWS, ElasticSearch and Node.js.
