This is an opportunity for junior and mid-level developers who are looking for skill development and a clear career progression structure, whilst working on innovative, large-scale systems. They’re looking for someone who can come in and re-vamp the frontend, link it up with the backend and then build and integrate brand new features.
The main project that you would get to work on is a large-scale, bespoke, residential management system. Currently, the front end and user interface requires a full revitalisation, which will be built in Angular 2. The Tech Director will do the design, and you will be involved in the layout, look, feel and build. You’d then be tasked with linking this up with the Java backend to create a slick, responsive and complete system. After the completion of the initial build, you’ll be tasked with building and integrating brand new, complex features. The whole team have been moved on to this project, which means that you would receive full support in plugging any skill gaps, as well as receiving personal training from the Technical Director in Angular.
This role offers huge amounts of opportunity for skill development, with the company implementing personal development plans, paid training and a 6 month pay review and bonus dependent on the scale of upskilling for each individual developer.
