Java Developer highly sought by a multi-award-winning software house due to steady UK growth. As a Java Developer within this organisation, you will be working on enterprise-level software solutions predominately servicing the life and pensions industry.

In this role, you will be fully immersed in the Scrum process and complete activities right across the development life cycle from design through to maintenance. You will also be required to participate in story refinement, sprint planning, Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives. As you grow and progress with the company you may be expected to coach and mentor others.

The ideal Java Developer will have an excellent understanding of Java, Spring, MVC, SQL and have a solid commercial background producing enterprise-level Java software solutions. This company promotes collaborative culture, and actively encourages an ethos of sharing ideas. Therefore, you must be someone who enjoys working within a highly team focused role and be passionate about sharing ideas and knowledge.
