Software Engineer - Java Developer required to join a leading Global Financial Organisation based in London. This role is driven by one strategic objective which is to improve the user experience of the developers. You will be working in the development community; however, you will need to be able to liaise with senior stakeholders up to C level and propose / identify solutions and present it to the board.

As a Java Developer - Software Engineer, your main responsibilities will involve:
* Providing bug fixes
* Providing support in the UAT testing stages
* Providing on going production support post-deployment
* Developing and implementing large scale Java applications

As a Java Developer - Software Engineer, it is essential that you have previous experience within a similar position along with the following skill and knowledge: -
* Must have hands-on experience
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Strong Java skills
* Previous Financial Services experience
