Hertfordshire's trading house specializing in aerospace business is looking to recruit a Japanese speaking self-motivated Sales Assistant.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30 -18:00
Job title: Sales Assistant
- Administration processes (i.e. quote, order receipt, order placement, export documents, etc) by collaborating with the sales staff and taking an instruction from Administration manager.
- Filing documents
- Update several excel sheets such as delivery schedule
- Simple communication with suppliers in UK and other EU countries and customers in Japan. This duty will be decided depending on your experience and ability.
- Translation from English to Japanese and Japanese to English both.
