Japanese speaking customer service adviser/sales representative - Manchester

A leading business in the travel industry is looking for Japanese speakers with experience in the travel industry to join their growing team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international business providing the outstanding customer service to international clients.

Main responsibilities of the Sales Executive
*Provide customer service via telephone and emails
*Take the opportunity to turn every call into a sale
*Upsale and cross sale
*Help customers with cancellations and alterations queries

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and have:
*Fluent to native level in both written and spoken Japanese and English
*Previous experience in a similar role or in the travel industry.
*Excellent communication skills
*Must be a team player with strong attention to detail
*Must be energetic and flexible, with a commitment to working a variety of days/hours from, Monday to Sunday, 01:00am - 12:00pm

Offering the fallowing package:
*Excellent salary - £21- £23,000 per annum
*Permanent contracts - 37.5 hours per week
