This leading international telecommunications firm are seeking a Japanese speaking Accounts Assistant with a strong eye for detail to join their busy Finance Team.

Reporting in to the Finance Manager, the key features of the Japanese speaking Accounts Assistant role are as follows:

Management of Network Cost
· Updating payment records and raising payment slips
· Preparing journal import files for direct cost invoices
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Liaising with network suppliers
· Supporting the Profit Analyst with network cost analysis

Purchase Ledger & Accounts Payable
· Setting up international and foreign currency payments on a monthly basis
· Dealing with supplier queries

· Assisting with the preparation of Accounts, VAT and Tax returns
· Any ad hoc support required by the line manager

Japanese speaking Accounts Assistant - what we're looking for:

· Experience using SUN is preferred, but is not essential
· Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant in a professional services environment
· Strong working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
· Accurate with a keen eye for detail
· Fluency in Japanese, as well as excellent spoken and written English
