We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Private Medical Insurance business based in Farnborough who are currently looking for x2 Japanese speaking Customer Service Consultants to join their team!!

As a Japanese speaking Case Management Consultant you will work closely with many different aspects of the business to accurately assess medical claims and to co-ordinate Air Ambulance and commercial evacuations globally.

You will work closely with the Clinical Case Managers in providing them with support and guidance in the delivery of healthcare services. The role requires the ability to investigate, review and pre-authorise healthcare claims globally in a timely and professional manner.

We have 2 different jobs available, one in the day team and the other in the night team, hours are as follows:-

Days: 4 on 4 off - 6am - 5:30pm & 8:30am - 8pm


Nights: 4 on 4 off - 7pm - 7am
