IVA Supervisory Administrator
Market leading IVA specialist are looking for experienced IVA supervisory staff with at least one years of experience of working within the supervisory area.
- Purpose of Job
1.1 To gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of an IVA. Experience will be gained from drafting the report to ensuring the case passes meeting of creditors and is Supervised efficiently through the course of an IVA.
- Principal Responsibilities
2.1 To verify existing information and to collect and analyse further information and documents from the client as required by use of telephone, letter writing and/or email.
2.2 To draft accurate proposals, appendices and nominees reports within agreed timetable for review by the Team Leader.
2.3 Preparing file in advance of meeting of creditors
2.4 To work with our computerised Information Management System to record accurate record of case management for the preparation of the management reports.
Meeting of Creditors
2.5 Good negotiation skills required to ensure the best result for all parties is achieved at the meeting of creditors
2.6 Chasing documentation in advance of meeting
2.7 Ensuring statutory deadlines including case registration and filing of court documentation is adhered to following meeting of creditors
2.8 Time management skills required to ensure that statutory deadlines are met
2.9 Building and maintaining professional relationships with creditors.
2.10 To work with our computerised Information Management System to record accurate record of case management for the preparation of the management reports.
2.11 Drafting accurate variation reports for failure/full and finals/reduced contributions within agreed timescale.
2.12 Drafting accurate annual reports within agreed timescale.
2.13 Dealing with case management on a timely basis.
2.14 Drafting annual reviews within agreed timescale.
2.15 Reconciling and agreeing creditor claims
2.16 Calculating and administering dividend payments to creditors
2.17 Drafting and administering case closures
2.18 Dealing with all correspondence in a timely manner
2.19 To work with our computerised Information Management System to record accurate record of case management for the preparation of the management reports.
2.20 To ensure compliance with statutory requirements in relation to the Data Protection Act 1998.
2.21 To be responsible for improving your performance by participating in the Performance Appraisal process with your manager.
2.22 To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post.
