Office Based - Northampton

As our business continues to thrive, we now have a requirement for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to be based at our Contact Centre within Ricoh UK`s Head Offices in Northampton.

The Role

-To provide outstanding customer services to both external and internal customers
-To respond to calls in a timely manner and offer first line technical assistance
-Provide daily accurate updates to customer management via web-based applications/email.
-Processing customer requests for service assistance whilst maintaining the customer database
-Consistently working to a high standard and in compliance with agreed customer service levels.

The Person

-Excellent telephone manner and great customer handing skills
- A bright, friendly and courteous nature
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to work well under extreme pressure
-A problem- solver and negotiator with a sense of commercial awareness

Full training in the range of Ricoh products and services will be provided, so don`t worry if you haven`t got specific technical knowledge.
