Our client who are a marketing services agency are recruiting for an Italian speaker to join their team of international Multilingual Administrators.
The role of Global Transaction Specialist requires an individual with excellent people and customer service skills, since you will need to interface with customers as well as have the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be auditing claims and making payments in multiple languages so need to be comfortable with languages. Excellent attention to detail is crucial as it is the main responsibility to ensure quality resolution of all the customer claims, requests and issues.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
Responding to all incoming Customer enquiries following agreed processes and working to Service Level Agreements.
Auditing transactions and verifying details correspond to the program guidelines.
- Making payments
- Data entry.
- To ensure all program or process data used in the day to day delivery of program services are correct.
- Detailed knowledge about the programs that you work on and an understanding of the companies products and services through regular on the job training.
