Italian speaking customer service representative

Are you fluent in English and Italian - along with one other language (Spanish, French or German)? Do you have a good knowledge and understanding of technology and customer services? Are you able to support customers with queries, in a calm and professional manner? If so, please read on as I am looking for you!

I am recruiting for a multi-lingual Customer Support Executive to join a team on a permanent basis, paying a starting salary of £18,000, working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.

This is both a multi-tasking and challenging role, you will be dealing with and resolving a multitude of customer queries.

Job Responsibilities:

*Answering general questions about the Warranty and Premium membership programme via phone, chat and web ticket.

*Authorisation and processing of customer warranty requests and assisting customers with any shipping issues

*Assistance with customer account/profile management

*Documentation of resolved issues as candidates for the central knowledge base

Preferred Skills:

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Italian and one of the required language combinations is a must (Italian in combination with Spanish; French or German).

*Ability to show extreme customer empathy and provide customers with helpful, energetic support to questions and issues

*Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products

*Strong detail orientation to ensure high quality of documentation for support cases and knowledge articles

*Ability to clearly follow documented processes and policies

*Ability to apply great judgement and prioritise workload when handling multiple customer issues

*Commitment to meet clearly defined goals / deadlines

*Willingness to identify important customer issues / trends and retain accountability to the customer until solved

*Ability to critically analyse an issue and apply the appropriate solution
