JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

They are looking to recruit an Italian speaking Customer Service Assistant Manager to keep the customer service department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention to meet their expectations.

You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and developing customer service team members and nurturing an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Directing the daily operations of the customer service team (3 members of staff)
  • Liaising with the Italian speaking agents in Italy (approximately 20 agents)
  • Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
  • Reviewing customer complaints and handle complex and escalated customer service issues
  • Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies
  • Identifying and address staff training and coaching needs
  • Building relationships internally with departments and management

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, either as a supervisor, team leader or manager
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong abilities in decision-making, planning and organizing

WORKING HOURS

  • Either 8.00 - 16.00 or 9.00 - 17.00 on a shift basis

SALARY
£28,000-£30,000 pa + fantastic benefits
