A day in the life of a customer service advisor

·Utilise your linguistic talent in Italian and English every single day to support customers and colleagues

·Providing collaborative support for your team mates, customers and client to make a real difference in all that you do

·Engage with the latest and newest technologies to further enrich the customer experience and upskill your own talents so you are at the very forefront of customer service expertise

·Create accurate customer based notes to best support the client in their endeavours, helping spot customer service trends and support the journey overall
