My client is looking for a Italian Speaking Customer Care Co-ordinator, to join their busy Bristol office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work within their customer care team, and advise, support, and endeavour to satisfy the customers, concentrating on the German clientele.

The role of a Italian Speaking Customer Care Co-ordinator will include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Processing orders, and delivering quotations upon request
- Liaising with the credit team.
- Communicating with the team to ensure all customer queries are answered.
- Delivering product knowledge
- Concentrating on Italian speaking clientele
The successful candidate will display the following skills and attributes:
- Fluency in Italian is essential.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Exposure to customer service is desirable.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI'S.
- Must be able to commute to Avonmouth.
