Italian Speaking Customer Care Co-ordinator

My client is looking for a Italian Speaking Customer Care Co-ordinator, to join their busy Bristol office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work within their customer care team, and advise, support, and endeavour to satisfy the customers, concentrating on the German clientele.

The role of a Italian Speaking Customer Care Co-ordinator will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Managing incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Processing orders, and delivering quotations upon request
  • Liaising with the credit team.
  • Communicating with the team to ensure all customer queries are answered.
  • Delivering product knowledge
  • Concentrating on Italian speaking clientele


The successful candidate will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Fluency in Italian is essential.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Exposure to customer service is desirable.
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPI'S.
  • Must be able to commute to Avonmouth.
