MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for passionate customer service representatives to work in a helpdesk centre, providing technical advice either in Italian or French, both at a B2C and B2B level. This role is a combination of Customer Service and Sales. Your key responsibilities will be:
*Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
*Providing excellent customer service (including inbound & outbound telephone and email).
*Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy.
*Helping customers logging and managing incidents and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution. Advising, processing and logging customer queries.
*Providing clear communications between the company and its customers. Ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing product advice.
*Recognizing problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers.
*Identifying potential membership upgrade/opportunities for Business Development and transferring them to the relevant departments.
*Make an agreed number of outbound calls and contacts per assigned projects to meet the targets.
*Engaging with lapsed members via phone and email and being able to renew their membership.
*Bilingual English/French or English/Italian.
*Ideally someone with Customer Service experience.
*Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone.
*Excellent writing abilities, as the role will require answering emails in both languages.
*Confident in IT systems - Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
*Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
