Italian Customer Services Coordinator / Eastbourne / Customer Services & Business Support
A leading and well respected business based in the Eastbourne area are seeking the services of an Italian Customer Services Coordinator on a permanent basis.
As Italian Customer Services Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Fulfilling & processing orders
- Requesting payment for orders
- Invoicing & arranging deliveries of orders
- Continuously chasing payment for orders pending dispatch
- Arranging sale or return deliveries
- Communicating with couriers
- Dealing with customer order enquiries
- Handling repeat orders
- Processing cheques/PDQ payments/BACs payments
- Liaising with the Returns Dept.
- Liaise with internal staff.
- Telephone calls and emails to customers.
- Booking invoices into electronic diary and updating this daily.
- Taking customer credit card payments via the PDQ.
Our client requires candidates who are fluent in both Italian and Englsh with previous knowledge of working in an office environment using the telephone and email.
£18,000 plus benefits
