Italian Customer Service Agent

We have an exciting opportunity as our business continues to grow and we are all looking for Italian Customer Service and Claims Handler to join our team in Hayward’s Heath. The role will be to provide verbal and written advice to customers on all aspects of travel claims handling

What you will do:

  • To take inbound claims related calls for Travel Insurance policy holders
  • Assess claims and obtain the relevant documentation from the customer
  • Review the claims and provide written guidance to customer informing of the decision on the claim
  • Ensure all recovery aspects of claims are monitored and amounts due are obtained

What we need:

  • Fluency in Italian with excellent English
  • Experience in customer facing role
  • Numerate and able to make calculations
  • Good attention to detail and can produce error free work
  • Prior experience of using systems - although full training is provided.
