A temporary Italian speaking Customer Service job in Wembley for an international airline paying £10 per hour

You'll be working for a leading international airline with an instantly recognisable brand that serve over 200 destinations worldwide.
Your new role
You'll be working as a Customer Service Agent and your main responsibility will be to respond in a positive and commercial manner to post travel customer correspondence (queries and complaints) related to all aspects of the companies products and services offering compensation where appropriate. The role is primarily email based (excellent English and Italian is essential) although you will also be responsible for inbound calls.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need between 2 and 5 years of experience within a similar role, ideally using both Italian and English in a working capacity. You'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a proven track record of high quality customer service.
What you'll get in return
You'll be paid £10 per hour on a 37.5 hour week. You'll be needed on a rolling temporary contract with the view to be made permanent. You'll be working in a recently renovated office space in an excellent and central location close to a plentiful supply of local amenities.
