Italian Customer Service Administrator
Location : Wokingham
My client who are based in Wokingham are looking for an Italian Customer Service Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who speak Fluent Italian and English. You must have strong attention to detail and thrives working under pressure and towards deadlines.
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer focused colleague to join us. We require an individual with excellent people and customer service skills, since he/she will need to interface with customers as well as have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You will be auditing claims and making payments in multiple languages so need to be comfortable with languages. Excellent attention to detail is crucial as it is the main responsibility to ensure quality resolution of all the customer claims, requests and issues
Responding to all incoming Customer enquiries following agreed processes and working to Service Level Agreements.
Auditing transactions and verifying details correspond to the program guidelines.
To ensure all program or process data used in the day to day delivery of program services are correct.
Fluency in English - both written and spoken is essential
Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken is essential
Fluency in any of the following: Spanish/ German/ French/ Russian/ Portuguese - both written and spoken is desirable
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Professionalism, reliability, accuracy and flexibility
Ability to manage multiple priorities problem solving and complaint handling ability
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to work in a Team and individually.
