In line with our continued Global IT transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced IT PMO Manager to drive various transformational workstreams and oversea the adherence to high quality delivery across several on shore internal and external delivery teams.

In this role you will ensure that core programme governance aspects are set up and embedded across the transformation workstreams for IT reporting on Application Separation activities, Legal Entity Split and other global IT resources delivery into other programmes as part of the transformation portfolio. Issuing PMO toolkit and ensuring adherence to ensure all teams follow same status approach and core approach to governance.

Core Accountabilities:

- Facilitation, organisation, preparation and follow up for key governance meetings, programme and stakeholder steering committees

- Act as primary point of contact for regulatory stakeholders when discussing position of IT work within the Transformation Programme this includes regular interaction and feedback with: Internal Audit, External Audit, Programme Assurance, Internal controls teams

- Ensure Governance approach is 'compliant by design’ and IT has "a second line of defence" approach by: ensuring IT controls are met, programme assurance and financial assurance

- Perform and lead quarterly independent review of IT delivery to identify areas for improvement and areas for focus to ensure programme delivers against its objectives

- Evolve reporting framework to ensure that legal entity split status can be reviewed and understood by market and drive this into the delivery teams

- Monitor IT delivery checkpoints to ensure IT milestones are effectively managed and IT readiness is assessed in advance of any business tollgate milestones

- Ensuring vendor delivery is transparent and achievable and represent IT on any legal entity approach discussions with the business

- Support management and input of delivery of key delivery partners and teams to ensure quality and delivery on time and within budget working closely with IT programme managers

- Continually review and develop communication strategy for IT Transformation in conjunction with the Corporate communications team

- Line management of a PMO controller/ admin and Programme planner resource

What Are We Looking For?

- Proven experience in IT management

- Experience in IT system and service delivery

- Proven experience in risk management and programme quality

- Ability to effectively interact with all internal stakeholders involved in providing service to the customers, as well as customers at all levels in the organization.

- Ability to develop and implement process improvements, hereby cooperating with all organisations involved in providing delivery to the business.

- A self-starter, proactive and highly organized

- Experience in vendor delivery relationship management

- Proven ability to achieve results through effective management of technical expertise.

- Have excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to convey complex information
