Your new role
As a training officer you will develop and deliver national training packages, ensuring that training keeps pace with changes and developments. Trainers will carry out tests and assessments, while managing learner performs and engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a level 3 training qualification, they will be computer literate and have the ability to research, plan, design and deliver training to a group of people. Candidates must have a full driver license.
What you'll get in return
Working on a full time basis you will work with one of the UK’s leading Police Constabularies on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months, this opportunity pays £12.86 per hour (PAYE) or £15.82 (umbrella).
