REED HR are working with our client in recruiting 2 x Technical Trainers for their exciting project in Dorking, this role is a mix of hybrid working home/office. This a Fixed Term Contract for around 6 months to start 1st October 2021.
You will design and write learning content for internal staff working on this high-profile digital transformation programme. The role includes delivering this training at our offices in Dorking and evaluating the confidence and competence of the team in using the system.
Working as part of the project team, you will shape raw content from process maps into learning experiences. Creating memorable and teaching sound learning interactions that meet project requirements and are delivered to schedule.
Additionally, you will:
Develop effective assessment questions and practice interactions that accurately assess the learners' ability to meet new process and system requirements
Write instructional copy and learning materials, adapting your tone and style to match different persona requirements
Other organisations may call this role Training Designer, Learning Designer, or Instructional Designer.
We are looking for:
The ability to think creatively, drawing on knowledge and experience from similar projects
Experience of systems training design, curriculum development and approaches to assessment
An understanding of the skills, tools and processes used in the delivery of on-line and blended materials
A good standard of written and technical English
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
A logical and systematic thought process
A focus on a high quality, accurate and consistent output
