IT Trainer required by market leading, award winning legal sector organisation based in the Centre of Bristol. The IT Trainer will deliver classroom training to employees and clients across all sites in the UK.

The training that we provide is a mixture of our clients bespoke applications along with off-the-shelf applications including Microsoft Office. The IT Trainer will combine the general usage of applications along with our clients own procedures and policies when using systems.

You will also produce the user manuals, video demos, eLearning modules and other supporting documentation for all applications. In addition to ongoing training, you will be involved in the project work within the business.

Your qualifications:
*Experience of delivering IT Training in a classroom is essential
*Formal training qualifications are desirable (in particular CIPD, TAP and MOS)

Application skills and experience
*In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office 2010 (experience of Microsoft Office 2013 or 2016 would be a distinct advantage).
*Previous experience of eLearning authoring, particularly using Adobe Captivate, would be an advantage.

Additionally, knowledge of the following software would is desirable:
*Interwoven/iManage or other document management system
*Interaction or other client relationship manager application
*BigHand Dictation or other digital dictation application
*QlikView or similar financial reporting application

This excellent opportunity comes with a salary to £34,000 p/a, a pension, 25 days holiday, PHC, dental and travel insurance to name but a few.
