Due to a significant period of growth we are looking to appoint an IT & Telecoms Trainer/Support to be based at the Birmingham Office but to support other offices strategically located throughout the UK. Our primary focus is on delivery in line with high quality standards, personal service and building long-term relationships with clients primarily.
Reporting to the IT Director, and working closely with other members of the team, the role will promote the development of IT skills through designing and delivering training sessions to meet and exceed IT Benchmarks. You will assist in the correct and de-duplication of information held on our project management system (Union Square - training will be provided) and assist in the delivery of IT projects, including the planning and delivery of any associated training to ensure user acceptance of new technologies.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate confidence in communicating with people at all levels and have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite and project accounting software. You will be expected to demonstrate a good work ethic and take a high degree of personal responsibility for your work.
