James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced IT Technical Support to work for my fantastic client based in central Brighton. You will be part of a team and will be the first point of contact for everyone within the business.
Main Duties -
Responsible for investigating and sorting issues that come through the ticketing system from other departments
Checking XML bookings
Creating and running reports using SQL
You will have a good understanding of technical support and ideally have knowledge of HTML/CSS.
