IT Technical Support Consultant- Leeds (LS18) £28k

An experienced IT Technical Support Consultant is required by a global professional services organisation headquartered in Horsforth, Leeds. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in similar IT support roles (hands on, remote and telephone support) and should ideally come from professional services environment or a company that operates on a global scale (600+ users). You will be reporting to the Technical Support Manager and your primary role will be to provide technical support from the Leeds office for the UK and Europe regions to assist the global IT team deliver quality IT services across the business. You will have excellent knowledge of networking and PC support, Server Administration (Windows 2003/2008/2012 server & Active Directory), MS Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010/2013, Microsoft Exchange 2013 & Outlook 2010/2013.

Key experience required for this role:

  • 3 years IT/2nd-3rd Line support (hands on, remote and telephone)
  • Server administration (including Windows Server 2008/12, Remote Desktop Services and Active Directory in a fast paced, corporate environment)
  • Microsoft Exchange & Outlook 2010/13 administration
  • LAN, WAN and VPN, troubleshooting and support on implementations
  • Core IT Applications such as anti-virus, system management, user provision etc
  • Working in an IT project environment and managing these projects

  • Lotus Notes v. 7/8 and Domino Admin v. 7/8
