Would you like to relocate to Germany and act as the interface between the IT landscape and your colleagues in stores and in the office? We are looking for a hands-on, can-do, german speaking IT specialist to join our very well-regarded IT department and help us become the world's number 1 retailer in the fashion industry. You will be leading all IT-related projects for UNIQLO Germany, though having access to a great pool of pan-european experienced colleagues doing similar roles in other countries. You will report to our Head of IT Europe who is based in France.

>Hardware Support

  • Troubleshooting, escalation and management of issues with:
  • POS system (DieboldNixdorfTP.NET), server
  • Printer (MFP, A4),
  • Telephony, RFID devices (cash servers, mobile phone terminals, label printers, table scanners, etc.)
  • Network switches (CISCO Meraki, Juniper, Meruetc.)
  • WIFI access points, digital signage (LCD screens, LED screens or tickers, STBetc.)
  • SLA monitoring

>Service Support

  • Local supplier management (SLA monitoring and continuous improvement of field service)
  • Handling existing external vendors, incl. contract negotiations (e.g. mobile phone connection in Germany, rental of credit card terminals, etc.)
  • Global Service Desk (Support Level 1) Coaching and provision of solution documents
  • Market IT research (new technology, country regulation etc.)
  • Local support for the German HQ in Berlin (laptop, iOS devices etc.)
  • Improvement and support of the infrastructure (F/O line upgrade, firewall maintenance etc.)
  • Communication support (telephony, video conferencing, G-Suite etc.)


  • Support in Store openings,
  • Project development of current projects
  • Implementation and management of IT and digital projects


  • German proficiency (C1) and fluent in English
  • Completed studies and/or training in the IT field (advantage)
  • 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Retail company experience (advantage)
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to train colleagues on IT matters
  • Flexible and business-oriented
  • High degree of organisation, innovative and creative skills
