*IT Support (Windows 10) required by leading Pharmaceutical company on an initial 6 month contract*
One of the biggest name in Pharmaceuticals are currently on the lookout for a IT Support (Windows 10) to help with teething issues arising from the adoption of Windows 10 following a global roll out - this role will be 50% office based in Slough, the other 50% will be supporting users on site at other offices in the Midlands, London & Ireland.
Upon joining, the IT Support (Windows 10) will join a team of IT Supports in supporting issues that arise from the companywide Windows 10 roll out project - this will include user support, troubleshooting and escalating issues to 2nd/3rd Line support engineers.
In terms of skills it’s fairly simple - the IT Support (Windows 10) should have experience of supporting Windows. You don’t necessarily need experience of working with a Windows 10 deployment, just good exposure to Windows infrastructure.
