IT Support Technician / West End / Full Time - Mon -Fri9am-6pm / Permanent / £25,000

Working for a global market leader you will provide technical support to users in London and across EMEA.

This is a great opportunity for a tech graduate or someone with helpdesk, support analyst, 1st / 2nd line experience.

Exceptional communication and presentation required.

Supporting Mac, Windows, Adobe
Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all users including VIP’s
Build and deploy laptops Mac
Support iPad, iPhone
Maintain meeting rooms and Audio Visual equipment
Good experience of Mac OS support
Computer networking an advantage
Active Directory
Remote Support
