We are looking for highly-motivated individual to join a team in a company where you will be encouraged to reach your potential. It is essential that you have previous experience working in a technical support capacity.
We would expect a strong level of knowledge of desktop operating systems Windows 7 - 10, with OSX being desirable along with experience of MS Office. It is anticipated you will have a comprehensive understanding of networking technologies and concepts; DHCP, DNS, routers, WANs and LANs. Ideal candidates will also have experience of key Microsoft Server 2012 R2/16 core functionality; Active Directory, File and Print roles.
You will be liaising with clients directly, capturing details of their issue, ensuring these are recorded accurately into our helpdesk and manage the requirements through to their satisfactory completion.
Driving licence and own car is essential for this post
