IT Support opportunity - Based in Wakefield- £8.75 per hour
Home Office Service Desk Contract
Fujitsu UK are a leading IT company who provide IT Systems, Services and Products, they are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to support the service desk in handling calls to log IT issues.
The successful IT Support Technician will perform routine activities, working to service levels agreements to action incident logs from their customer.
Key skills requires are as follows:
- Previous customer service, IT or Service Desk experience is preferred
- IT / Computer literate
- Ability to problem solve
- Process driven
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Clear telephone manner
Details of the position are as follows:
Position: IT Support / IT Analyst / 1st Line Support / Service Desk / Customer Service
Contract: Temporary Contract
Pay: £8.75 per hour (40 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8 hours shifts vary between 8.00am and 6.00pm
