My Client who are based in Norwich is currently looking for a Service Desk / IT Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line) to join their expanding Service team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has 1st / 2nd Line IT Services skills to come and work in a challenging environment and progress through the team. The Service Desk Analyst position is perfect for someone with 1+ years of experience onwards who would like to work with a team of dedicated individuals.


  • Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
  • PC hardware
  • Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) / O365
  • Active Directory
  • Exchang


  • Mac OS/X, Linux
  • Mac hardware
  • Windows Server 2008 and later
  • Network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls etc…)
  • Telephony systems (e.g. Avaya)
  • ITIL
  • Support/ticketing applications (e.g. ManageEngine, JIRA)
  • Citrix Xen Desktop / Windows Remote Desktop
  • Kaspersky advanced for business
  • Acronis Backup
  • SQL knowledge
