A brilliant Bath based organisation need someone to lead their cross platform, 2nd line service desk team.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day running of service desk
  • Acting incident manager, owning escalations
  • Ensure your team meets KPIs

Key Skills & Experience

  • Working on a service desk, ideally leading the team
  • Windows and Mac technologies
  • ITIL framework
  • Build standards for endpoint devices
  • Problem solving
  • Communication
