As IT-Support Specialist you will be responsible for the 1st and 2nd level IT-Support for the associates of our customer, a global player in food production. Beside technical support of modern end-user and collaboration technologies, the role contains the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, assistance in server and network support and the participation in local and global projects such as hardware- and software rollouts or offsite meeting and event support.
As ideal candidate you have a degree in information technology with a minimum experience of two years in an IT support function or a similar professional background. You are passionate about modern IT technologies and exhibit experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows 7/10, Office 2013/2016, Active Directory and others), Apple Products and have a good knowledge around common office technologies. Experience in ITIL, ServiceNow and video conferencing technologies (Polycom, Skype for Business) are a plus.
Next to your technical skills you have a high service orientation for customer satisfaction, a structured and reliable working approach and you feel comfortable to work in a team and directly with international customers in senior management positions. A confident appearance as well as fluent communication skills in English, verbally and written, complement your profile.
