The role
IT Support / Helpdesk Support Professional -resolution of support relating to general hardware, software services whilst providing the team with a first class customer service ethic.
*Experience in network management and help desk support is desirable
*Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
*Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
*Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
*Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL certification)- desirable
* Commute to London area
