An unrivalled new opportunity has arisen to join a well established and continuously growing organisation based in Essex, who possess a fantastic community of talent across multiple sites.
In your new role as IT Support Team Lead/Manager, you'll be responsible for the delivery of an effective IT service and technical support of the IT end user infrastructure and Service Desk. You'll manage the general operations of the IT Support function ensuring an efficient IT service is provided. You'll also be responsible for allocating tasks and supporting a junior member of staff.
To be considered you will have a background in Senior IT Support/management with proven skills in incident management, infrastructure support, desktop support and stakeholder management. Where this is a fantastic opportunity, it will also take grit and determination. There are huge projects underway so we need someone with a strong head, clear view, and true passion for the industry to grow with the business.
