IT Support Lead - Windows 10, SCCM, Security/Patching, ServiceNow

An IT Support Lead is required by leading Financial Services Company to lead a team and be in charge of VIP support for the UK region.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:

* Must have extensive experience in building reports on ServiceNow specifically
* Must be and expert on Wntel based technologies, in particular support with SCCM.
*Any Security/patching experience would be very desirable.
* Must have the OS expertise with Windows 7 & Windows 10.
* Very hands on and a strong communicator and previous experience leading small support teams (onshore and offshore).
*Any VIP and Desktop support experience within an insurance environment would be highly advantageous.
