IT Admin / Technical Support
Location -NorthamptonRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
To ensure all IT processes are documented and regularly updated as dictated by the business.
- All daily and monthly IT support tasks are completed within the clients SLA's.
- Research required information using available resources to ensure information relating to the project is achieved and documented.
- Handle and resolve all internal support topics whilst remaining calm and professional.
- Building Automation of processes with appropriate scripting languages.
- Administration and management of a Windows based Network environment
- Microsoft Windows 7/10 Pro
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2/2016
- Office 365 / Office 2016
- Network administration
- Active Directory Domain management
- PC Hardware
