We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Support Helpdesk Technician to be the first line of defence for our clients’ IT systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across Windows environments.
Escalating complex issues to third-line support or specialist teams.
Assisting with onboarding client devices securely.
Monitoring alerts and responding to potential security incidents.
Documenting solutions and updating our knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in an IT support/helpdesk role (MSP experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and networking.
Familiarity with cyber security principles and tools.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to share knowledge and learn from others.
A genuine interest in cyber security and a desire to grow in the field.
Bonus Points For:Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals.
Exposure to security frameworks like Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001.
Knowledge of Apple & Linux operating systems.
A great sense of humour!
