Our client is one of largest suppliers of software to their sector, do you want to be part of their exciting journey…

Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire (commutable from Buckingham, Bicester, Banbury, Towcester, Milton Keynes)
Salary: £20,500

Contract: Full Time, 9 month maternity contract

Hours: Monday to Friday, plus some weekend support work on a rota basis

About the Role:
Our client is currently searching for someone to join their IT Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk team as an IT Support Analyst. This will mainly be a 1st line support role covering maternity leave.

You will support their entire existing customer base, ensuring they are getting the best use of their software system. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join their business and to progress further, there is potential to progress into Account Management, Training, Project Work or even to become a Consultant.

About You:
If you have previous experience in a support or a customer service focused role, with a keen interest in IT & technology then we would love to hear from you.

You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure.

You may have experience of the following: IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, 1st Line Support, Computer Science, Support Engineer, IT Graduate, Help Desk, 1st Line Support, IT Analyst, Customer Services, Computer Science, Service Desk etc.
