IT Support Engineer

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to assist with the 1st and 2nd line support of the internal team and IT infrastructure with a reputable and established company based near Watford. The successful candidate will support and monitor internal systems as well as providing support to internal team members.

A salary of up to £30,000 is available plus benefits.

What you will be doing:

• Troubleshooting network issues
• 1st / 2nd line support of internal users for hardware and software issues
• Installation and configuration of hardware, software and networks
• Desktop support
• Server, Network and PC maintenance

What you will need:

• Windows 
• Active Directory
• Exchange
• Office 365
• Telephony support
• Excellent communication skills
