A leading and highly reputable organisation is currently hiring an IT Support Engineer who has a systematic, analytical and creative approach to problem solving within a busy service desk environment.
This position will be a 3 month rolling contract in order to provide high quality highly technical support and advice to a diverse range of businesses prior to and during the implementation of new information and communications technology solutions, dealing tactfully with key stakeholders where requirements are not in alignment with agreed strategic objectives to ensure a positive outcome.
Technical Skills Required:
• Microsoft Desktop and Office Systems
• Microsoft Server and Virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Active Directory
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Incident and Problem Management
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• Capacity management
• Release Management
Rate - £200- £300 per day / Normal working hours
