This is a leading faith based charity who are looking to expand their first line IT support team They are looking to recruit a IT first Line support analyst on an permanent basis. The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a faith based charity and will receive continuous training, and will report into the IT director.
Your new role
The Service Desk Analyst sits within the IT first line team, acting as a single point of contact for internal users of IT at the charity they are the public face (or voice) of Information Services to the business. The primary focus of the role is to resolve IT service requests and issues that can be completed remotely or on the telephone and in person, managing the progress of all service requests sent on to other teams including third parties, and to manage all communication with users.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience with 1st line IT support
* Experience with active directory and Microsoft operating systems
* Previous experience installing, configuring and maintaining desktops and laptops
* Ideally MSCE or A+ certification
What you'll get in return
You will receive continuous on the job training and a competitive pay package of between £23,000 - £27,000 P/A.
