To assist in the maintenance of the office IT systems in a secure and professional manner.

To assist in the maintenance of all office software and hardware.

Good knowledge of the following operating systems and applications:

Windows Client Operating Systems - Outlook, Office, Anti-Virus software.

Good knowledge of networking systems/protocols, switches, routers and Wi-Fi.

To provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd level support and assistance to all network users within the Group.

To assist with any implementation, migration and maintaining of servers and other systems which may involve UK travel.

To demonstrate good communication skills and ability to lead projects.

To deal with external suppliers and contractors when required.

Participate in the on-call rota to provide out of hours emergency support, both remotely and on site if required.

To work under own initiative, problem solving & being pro-active.

To follow instructions given by senior members of the IT Department.

To work at heights of up to approx. 60 feet to service/install IT equipment

Assist with the support and maintenance of site IT infrastructure - Wireless and fibre.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras and systems.

To work on vessels when required to provide IT support as necessary

To liaise with the groups IT Infrastructure team based in Luxembourg.

To carry out any other duties as and when required.
