What will this job entail on a day-to-day basis?
Provide a variety of project and BAU focussed support as per the needs of the clients, supporting everything from their IT helpdesk function to their strategic planning of their IT infrastructure
Rely on your technical knowledge within the Windows Server, Active Directory and Networking arena to provide an expert level of IT Support
Utilise your rapport building skills to create strong and lasting relationships with clients whilst providing IT support
Work closely with your colleagues to ensure the capabilities of the team are constantly being improved as you undertake self-learning
What do you need to be part of this team?
Knowledge and commercial experience across Windows Server, Networking, Active Directory and Virtualisation
Experience of working collaboratively with both clients and colleagues, showing an ability to build strong internal and external relationships built on excellent customer service and technical knowledge
A desire for self-improvement and career progression
Alongside the above, any of the following desirable traits would be of interest to the client 2:1 Degree or above, Linux exposure, knowledge or Mac systems
