An IT Support Analyst is required to help support a national UK business with their IT infrastructure. You will support a broad range of technologies including but not limited to: VMWare, Windows OS, Windows, servers, VoIP, VPN, Office 365, networks, Active Directory, Exchange and firewalls. As well as day to day support you will contribute to project work as the business rolls out new tech and makes upgrades.
You will be working in a highly collaborative environment for a company that actively support learning. There will be a number of opportunities for you to take courses that will further develop your technical expertise as well as on the job experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a good IT infrastructure understanding with knowledge in a variety of areas and will have a positive can-do attitude.
